Our Experience:
Vince has been selling real estate since 1978. We have been partners since Lucy obtained her license in 1990. It is not only the number of years we have in real estate that is important, but the number of transactions we have closed in those years that provides us the ability to not only negotiate the best possible terms but to resolve any issues which may arise. We have personally closed over $300 million in sales transactions. There is not a market economy or a potential crisis we have not addressed in the past.
